About the Role

The EHS Manager at Regal Rexnord is responsible for leading environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high‑performing safety culture throughout the facility. In this role you will develop and deploy EHS procedures, manage ISO‑aligned safety management systems, maintain required permits, conduct audits and inspections, oversee workers’ compensation claims, ensure fire and emergency equipment functionality, and drive ergonomic standards. You will partner with plant leadership to perform risk assessments, influence behavior change, mentor staff, provide disciplinary recommendations, and communicate emerging EHS issues across all organizational levels. • Develop and improve EHS procedures and controls • Implement ISO 9001‑aligned safety management systems, waste minimization, and emergency management • Obtain and update permits and submit required EH&S reports • Conduct safety meetings, audits, inspections, and follow‑up assessments • Manage workers’ compensation claims and return‑to‑work programs • Ensure fire and emergency equipment compliance and functionality • Deploy ergonomic standards across the site • Lead risk assessments, behavior‑modification programs, and safety culture initiatives • Provide performance feedback, disciplinary recommendations, and mentorship to direct reports • Stay informed on emerging EHS legislation, ethical and social responsibility issues

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing, supervisory experience, strong knowledge of environmental regulations and ISO standards, excellent communication and organizational skills, and preferably a bachelor’s degree. • 3–5 years of EHS management experience in a manufacturing environment • Supervisory or leadership experience • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and ISO standards • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to coach, mentor, and engage stakeholders at all levels
