About the Role
• Conduct technical work independently while also working with a team of professionals to deliver projects to our clients. • Work may include, but is not limited to, permitting applicability evaluations, construction permitting (minor source, new source review non-attainment and PSD), State and Federal (Title V) operation permitting, state and federal permit compliance, and NSPS and NESHAP applicability review and compliance for a wide variety of industries. • Write proposals and manage client project work

What You Bring
• Project management skills • A B.S. degree in Engineering (e.g., chemical, environmental, and civil) or related scientific field, plus 5 years of experience. • Experience in air quality engineering and regulations in a consulting, industrial, or agency setting in the following areas: minor source permitting, new source permitting (PSD and non-attainment), air emission control technology reviews, emissions inventory, and State and Title V permitting, and regulatory compliance evaluations. This position requires the ability to learn, understand, and apply Federal and State air quality regulations and policies including emerging regulatory programs. • Experience working in an industrial manufacturing facility • Effective technical writing skills • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and clients concurrently. • Excellent communication and writing skills are required, as are data management and interpretation skills. Expertise in using spreadsheets and other MS products is crucial to successful performance of this position. • Possessing, or the ability to create, relationships with State and Federal agency personnel • Outstanding listening skills to capture pertinent information and strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate clients' needs
