About the Role

As a District Sales Manager for York Process Systems, you will promote, train, and grow York industrial refrigeration packaged systems across the U.S. and Canada, with up to 50 % travel required. The position is a sole‑contributor role focused on building lasting customer relationships and delivering customized solutions in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and gas compression sectors. • Deliver customized process cooling system designs and sales strategies to meet customer needs. • Pursue quarterly “Must Win” sales opportunities targeting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and gas compression markets. • Perform preliminary refrigeration system design, costing, vendor quotations, and proposal preparation. • Grow YPS business aligned with sustainability, earnings quality, and continuous growth goals. • Meet KPI and Leadership Review Plan targets for the YPS department. • Lead marketing activities such as seminars, conferences, and exhibitions to boost performance. • Maintain and expand the customer base for sustained business growth. • Track competitor activity and develop strategies to preserve competitive advantage. • Ensure compliance with JCI policies and collaborate across departments. • Support Waynesboro, PA facility teams and conduct customer site visits. • Foster team morale and spirit.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process) or equivalent. • 10+ years in HVAC or large‑equipment sales. • 3–5 years experience in chemical, petrochemical, or refrigeration industry. • Technical knowledge of industrial compression, refrigeration, and heating. • Background in petrochemical or oil & gas sectors (preferred). • Expertise in contract/project management, pricing, proposals, vendor negotiation, and budgeting. • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship‑management skills. • Proactive team player with broad engineering background in process refrigeration. • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
