About the Role

The position is responsible for executing the final assembly of electricity regulators following established methods and procedures. The incumbent will build products according to work instructions and quality standards, using calibrated pneumatic, power, and hand tools, and will coordinate closely with engineering, quality, and shipping teams to ensure timely completion and shipment. Additional duties include conducting ratio testing on assembled units, troubleshooting any issues, operating overhead cranes and industrial vehicles to move equipment, and repairing units or components that fail testing or are defective. The role also involves participating in teardown, repair, and modification of customer‑supplied equipment as directed by engineering or quality. • Perform final assembly of electricity regulators per prescribed standards. • Build products using calibrated pneumatic, power, and hand tools following work instructions and quality standards. • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shipping departments to ensure timely completion and shipment. • Conduct ratio testing on units and troubleshoot any identified issues. • Operate overhead cranes and industrial vehicles to move equipment safely. • Repair units or components that fail tests, are defective, or require modifications. • Participate in teardown, repair, and modification of customer‑supplied equipment as directed. • Lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and handling materials. • Apply basic mathematical functions as needed in the assembly process.
