About the Role
The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment to keep the plant running safely and efficiently. The incumbent performs routine inspections, carries out minor preventative maintenance, records production data, and assists in troubleshooting equipment issues while supporting quality‑control processes to meet product specifications. • Operate and monitor production equipment. • Perform routine inspections and minor preventative maintenance. • Record and report production data and equipment performance. • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues. • Support quality control to meet product specifications. • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate works safely, follows established procedures, and possesses strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Effective communication, teamwork, a willingness to learn, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized work area are also required. Employment is contingent on a post‑offer physical exam, drug/alcohol screening, background check and, for certain positions, FMCSA‑regulated testing. Some roles require an ATF certification. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment, exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, elevated noise levels and rotating swift shifts. Applicants must be able to work any shift, holiday or weekend as scheduled. • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. • Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team. • Adapt to changing production needs and work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends. • Obtain required certifications and pass pre‑employment physical, drug/alcohol test, and background check.

Benefits
