About the Role
The Senior User Experience Designer at Autodesk will report to the Manager of Experience Design for Commerce Experiences and will lead the creation of innovative, user‑centric solutions for online purchasing, subscription management, and renewal journeys. The role requires translating business objectives into compelling designs that boost customer engagement and satisfaction, while collaborating across cross‑functional teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer workflows and pain points. • Design user‑centered solutions that improve internal processes, tools, and systems. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions. • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs to communicate concepts. • Partner with product managers, developers, researchers, and other designers to ensure implementation alignment. • Iterate designs continuously based on user feedback and performance metrics. • Advocate for UX best practices and maintain adherence to design standards. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies for innovative solutions.

What You Bring
Applicants must submit a resume and password‑protected portfolio, and can join Autodesk’s talent community for updates on future opportunities. • Minimum 4 years of UX design experience focusing on internal workflows and processes. • Proven track record delivering successful solutions for complex workflows. • Strong understanding of marketing processes and associated tools. • Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalents. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. • Experience with user research methods and usability testing. • Preferred: Experience designing ecommerce (B2B and B2C) solutions. • Preferred: Background in enterprise SaaS, cloud, and multi‑channel experiences. • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile software design methodologies. • Preferred: Experience with Autodesk products or comparable competitive offerings.

Benefits
