About the Role
An Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support to managers and staff by handling calls, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, generating reports, and preparing correspondence while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality. • Answer incoming calls, provide information, and route calls appropriately • Greet and escort visitors to the appropriate manager or staff member • Read, sort, and distribute incoming mail • Respond to requests for information, materials, or business needs • Compose routine correspondence and file records • Schedule appointments for managers and staff • Compile and maintain standard and statistical reports • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

What You Bring
