About the Role
The engineer will work under senior leadership and coordinate with various disciplines to ensure project success. • Support project delivery to programme, budget, and quality targets. • Design and manage civil infrastructure schemes, including highways, drainage, and SuDS. • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians. • Foster strong internal relationships and mentor team members. • Deliver a client‑focused service to promote satisfaction and repeat business. • Prepare contract drawings, specifications, and negotiate relevant agreements. • Utilize drainage design software such as InfoDrainage.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and deliver projects on time and cost. • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering; Chartered status (MICE) preferred. • Bring significant UK development‑led infrastructure experience.
