About the Role

• Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders. • Administer contracts in line with project objectives and company policies. • Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting through project completion. • Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications. • Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project KPIs, cost control and value engineering. • Effectively manage contract changes while maintaining governance and best practice. • Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy. • Provide sound commercial knowledge and support to all stakeholders. • Negotiate and agree final accounts. • Lead people and commissions as required.

What You Bring

The company is recruiting personable, enthusiastic Quantity Surveyors for its UK Infrastructure business. Successful candidates will work on a variety of client and Turner & Townsend projects, supporting growth and contributing to the nation’s infrastructure development. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills. • Experience with NEC3 contract management, preferably Option C. • Strong cost management, estimating and pricing abilities. • Knowledge of change management, valuation, risk management and procurement. • Collaborative, best‑for‑project attitude and willingness to share best practice. • People and commission management experience. • Ability to identify and drive efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle. • Good understanding of construction industry technical matters, procurement routes, value management and value engineering. • Degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and progress toward professional body membership.
