About the Role

The Facilities Manager will support end‑to‑end facilities service delivery across a large, multi‑site client portfolio, overseeing integrated facilities services with an emphasis on soft services. This role ensures day‑to‑day performance aligns with the Management Agreement, Scope of Work, SLAs and KPIs while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, risk mitigation and continuous improvement. It also supports account initiatives, projects and governance rhythms. • Lead soft‑services operations across multiple sites, ensuring daily inspections, issue escalation and service recovery. • Manage vendor performance through routine audits, governance meetings and enforce SLA/contract compliance. • Implement and audit quality‑management systems, drive cost‑saving initiatives and monitor KPIs. • Oversee risk and safety programs, conduct hazard assessments and lead incident response. • Deliver high‑touch client service, capture feedback, and provide transparent status updates. • Produce regular performance reports, support budgeting, forecast spend and maintain audit documentation. • Foster team collaboration, provide direction to onsite staff and vendors, and champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Strong written and verbal communication, customer‑service orientation, budgeting and invoice‑validation skills, and proficiency with work‑order platforms and Excel/Google Suite are essential. A degree is preferred, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Minimum 3 years facilities or vendor management experience, preferably in enterprise portfolios. • Proven track record managing performance‑based contracts, SLAs, KPIs and service recovery actions. • Strong communication, customer‑service and stakeholder‑management skills. • Experience with budgeting, invoice validation and financial controls. • Proficient with work‑order platforms, reporting dashboards and Excel/Google Suite.
