About the Role

Key responsibilities include coordinating officer‑level meetings, managing schedules, agendas, read‑aheads, and logistics, and taking detailed minutes. The specialist translates those minutes into clear talking points, action items, and deliverables for senior leaders, tracks decisions, and ensures follow‑up actions are completed on time. The role also manages official travel for staff and leadership, preparing and submitting travel authorizations and vouchers through the Defense Travel System, and maintains engagement requests on behalf of the Chief AI Officer. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and at least three years of relevant experience, along with a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, are required. • Coordinate officer‑level meetings, agendas, read‑aheads, logistics, and produce accurate minutes. • Translate meeting minutes into actionable talking points and track follow‑up for senior leaders. • Manage official travel, including DTS authorizations, vouchers, and itinerary planning. • Maintain engagement requests for the Chief AI Officer. • Provide administrative support in a government/military environment with TS/SCI clearance.
