About the Role
The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing activities for a property, partnering with the Community Manager to set leasing goals, develop strategic marketing plans, lead the leasing team, and ensure positive resident relations. Responsibilities include driving occupancy, managing resident retention programs, and supervising leasing events while maintaining compliance with policies and market conditions. • Set leasing goals and create strategic marketing plans to achieve budgeted occupancy. • Lead, train, and coach the leasing team to ensure effective leasing techniques and accurate documentation. • Audit lease files for policy compliance and resolve resident complaints to maintain satisfaction. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Implement annual marketing plans, manage budgets, and design campaigns to generate traffic. • Monitor leasing and renewal progress, organize leasing events, and produce weekly market surveys. • Assist the Community Manager in hiring, training, and evaluating on‑site staff for consistent performance. • Ensure staff adherence to company policies, provide ongoing coaching, and promote a harmonious work environment. • Oversee customer service, track maintenance request turnaround, and conduct regular property inspections. • Manage property resources efficiently, obtain vendor bids, and supervise business functions related to operations. • Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in various weather conditions and confined spaces.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of housing industry experience; proficient with on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Possess knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Available to work overtime, weekends, or night hours as needed for emergencies.

Benefits
Compensation is $22 per hour plus a comprehensive total‑rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and company holidays. Employment terms are at‑will, with the understanding that duties may evolve based on business needs.
