About the Role
• Design and develop high‑performance web applications used by thousands of users globally • Influence CI/CD pipeline improvements • Collaborate closely with other software engineers across the organization • Mentor junior developers, review code and architecture, and promote best practices • Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices for strengthening CoStar’s platform • Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the CRE industry and CoStar’s business model/technology • Build agents and workflows using modern AI patterns • Leverage Vibe coding to improve productivity and quality

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college • 8+ years of production development experience with modern technologies (e.g., React, Vue, TypeScript, NodeJS, C#, .NET, OpenSearch, Kafka, SQL, NoSQL) • Proven track record of building and launching successful products and platforms • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or managed services • Experience in Agile/Scrum processes and continuous delivery practices • Proficiency in unit, performance, and automation testing • Deep understanding of business drivers for the software you build • Ability to mentor developers and build consensus • Experience managing a large enterprise‑level code base, ensuring code quality and managing dependencies • Proficiency with C#, NodeJS, and/or React • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Eligibility limited to candidates authorized to work full‑time in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided
