About the Role
The Production Supervisor will manage all manufacturing and production activities through the Regal Business System (RBS), enabling continuous improvement across the value stream. You will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance to exceed stakeholder expectations and drive business growth. In this role you will shape the department’s vision and contribute to both short‑ and long‑term strategic goals. • Lead production teams to achieve strategic goals. • Drive a zero‑incident culture through OSHA and EPA‑compliant EHS initiatives. • Develop and execute long‑term value‑stream improvements. • Conduct daily accountability meetings (Tier meetings, Gemba walks) focusing on performance and leading indicators. • Engage employees in kaizen events to foster continuous improvement. • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools to solve operational problems. • Champion EH&S initiatives prioritizing employee and product safety. • Manage the value‑stream cadence to drive SQDC results. • Oversee budgets and spending to support short‑ and long‑term business goals. • Review and approve overtime and vacations to meet production targets. • Monitor daily production metrics, including demand, overdue orders, and backlog. • Communicate key production performance metrics to site leadership. • Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales leaders to ensure customer success.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with Regal Rexnord values. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum 5 years experience as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing. • Strong financial and business acumen. • Proficiency with continuous improvement tools (5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, problem‑solving). • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP. • Exposure to Engineer‑to‑Order or Configure‑to‑Order manufacturing environments. • Familiarity with low‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical products.
