About the Role

• Construction Milestones: installation of the first reactor dome and delivery of major components such as steam generators. • Deal with a high number of compensation events under NEC3 Option A & C, assessing entitlement, cost validation and internal governance. • Provide commercial and contractual subject‑matter expertise to the balance of plant delivery team. • Support commercial managers on key contractual risk and governance procedures. • Produce, analyse and present financial, contractual and commercial data to internal project teams. • Coordinate with change, cost, risk and schedule teams to ensure coherent and consistent project progress. • Manage the financial and commercial success of a portfolio of varied and complex contracts, negotiating key commercial events from inception to implementation. • Implement all commercial and financial governance requirements. • Ensure compliance with the EPR‑E information management system (IMS), rules and procedures, maintaining contracts within delegation of authority and overall governance assurance.
