About the Role
The Apprentice CI/Automation role at Kimberly‑Clark is designed for individuals who won’t settle for just any position. From the new Hub in Pune, you will contribute to creating Better Care for a Better World while working with the company’s iconic brands. The main purpose of this role is to ensure coverage and drive continuous improvement of internal training systems and support processes owned by Global Business Services, acting as part of a talent pool. • Complete training for assigned Global Business Services processes. • Provide coverage for teams supporting those processes as part of the talent pool. • Identify, prioritize, and document training or knowledge‑transfer improvement opportunities with Global Process Owners. • Resolve challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goals. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects while providing stakeholder updates. • Collaborate effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
