About the Role

The Digital Solutions Manager leads a team responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and providing operational support for strategic digital projects at Republic Services. This role ensures on‑time and on‑budget delivery of technical solutions that often span multiple systems and oversees Tier 2 support for republicservices.com, as well as infrastructure and platform support functions. Key responsibilities include leading cross‑functional Agile teams, managing Tier 2 support operations, overseeing infrastructure and DevOps pipelines, and ensuring solutions align with Enterprise Architecture and meet performance, scalability, and integration requirements. The manager also enforces technical and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle, manages budgets and staffing, and maintains strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors. • Lead cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver strategic digital projects on the IT roadmap. • Manage Tier 2 support for republicservices.com, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical issues. • Oversee infrastructure, platform support, and DevOps pipeline, including CI/CD and release management. • Align technical solutions with Enterprise Architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and integration. • Enforce technical and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle. • Manage budgets, forecasts, and staffing requirements for digital initiatives. • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong stakeholder and vendor relationships.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least three years of information systems management experience and a proven track record leading large, mission‑critical development teams. Required experience includes managing offshore, nearshore, and local teams, working in hybrid Premise/SaaS environments, supporting high‑transaction e‑commerce websites, and using Agile methodologies and tools such as Rally and Confluence.
