About the Role
The GOS Client Accountant provides primary accounting, bill payment/processing, financial support, and some administrative/clerical assistance for Property Managers. The role maintains and updates financial records using databases, spreadsheets, and accounting systems to track expenditures, revenue, receipts, cash flow, and other financial activities. • Record and post financial transactions using calculators and computer systems. • Prepare and submit expense report documentation, securing required approvals. • Compile and maintain reports on cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, and profit and loss. • Manage accounts payable or receivable tasks, including billing, cash receipts, data entry, budgeting, vendor contracts, timesheets, and payroll. • Perform additional accounting, reporting, and record‑keeping duties as assigned.

The advertised salary range for this position is $80,168.40 to $90,000.00, and the company will not pay less than minimum wage.
