About the Role
In this role you will design, develop, and enhance resilient IAM services, contribute to distributed system architecture, and build RESTful APIs and micro‑services that meet security and compliance requirements. You will collaborate closely with architects, security teams, product managers, and other engineering groups, operating in a fast‑paced, agile environment from a hybrid location in Singapore reporting to the Senior Manager of Software Development. • Design and develop scalable, resilient IAM services and micro‑services. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs supporting authentication, authorization, and access control workflows. • Ensure high availability, performance, and security using cloud‑native infrastructure and observability best practices. • Collaborate with architects, security teams, product managers, and cross‑functional engineers. • Apply industry trends in IAM, cloud security, and distributed systems to continuously improve the platform. • Analytical advisor role: apply discipline theories, solve complex problems, use data analysis, lead projects, mentor peers, and build effective relationships.

What You Bring
The position also emphasizes an analytical advisor role, requiring deep understanding of discipline concepts, the ability to apply best practices, solve complex problems, and lead or mentor projects while building effective relationships across teams. • Minimum qualifications: 5+ years software engineering experience, expertise in Java/Go/Python/Node.js, RESTful API development, AWS/Azure/GCP, IAM models (RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA), CI/CD tools, and strong debugging/monitoring skills. • Preferred qualifications: experience with Java 8+ Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Zero Trust security models, and heterogeneous technology environments.
