About the Role
The Painter is responsible for applying protective coatings such as paint and varnish to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The role requires using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve a quality finish. • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray machines. • Prepare surfaces by cleaning dirt, oil, and grease, removing old paint or coverings, and filling and smoothing cracks and holes. • Identify the material of each surface and select the appropriate paint type for plaster, wood, brick, metal, etc. • Mix and match paints with a good eye for color. • Observe and comply with all safety and project rules; perform other duties as required.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least eighteen years old. They should possess good hand‑skill, an eye for color matching, and working knowledge of various application techniques, tool care, and safe handling of paints, solvents, and adhesives. Physical stamina to work with arms raised for extended periods is required.
