About the Role
In this role you will lead the design and production process, prepare and review design calculations, and provide technical support to Project Managers and inspection staff throughout the project delivery life cycle. You will deliver a variety of civil engineering designs and act as the Engineer of Record, signing and sealing drawings, letters, and reports. You will work alongside a talented team of Engineers, Project Managers, Designers, and Technologists, with mentorship from senior engineers to support your career growth. • Lead civil engineering land development and infrastructure design, including site servicing, grading, and drainage projects • Prepare and review design calculations in accordance with current standards • Maintain design files with necessary calculations and documentation • Prepare design reports, letters, and technical memorandums • Act as project Engineer of Record, signing and sealing drawings, reports, calculations, and technical documentation • Provide input to Project Managers during fee proposal preparation • Undertake quality control procedures and monitor design standards on completed work • Direct staff involved with the design process

What You Bring
• Minimum 4 years progressive civil consulting engineering experience; land development or municipal engineering a plus • Experience acting as Engineer of Record, signing and sealing documents • Registered P.Eng. with EGBC or equivalent • Strong communication and time‑management skills; ability to handle multiple projects concurrently • Excellent attention to detail and consistent production of high‑quality work • Ability to perform design work with minimal supervision

The position offers a competitive salary range of $93,765‑$132,200 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
