Water Leak Technician

About the Role

The technician will carry out reactive and proactive water‑leak work on refrigeration condensate pipework, responding first‑line to logged leaks, locating sources, repairing or replacing faulty components, clearing blockages and maintaining drainage systems. Work must be completed within SLA timeframes, meet KPI targets, and comply with Arcus health‑and‑safety and client site requirements. Planning routes, managing workload and prioritising aged work orders are also essential. • Perform reactive and proactive water‑leak repairs on refrigeration condensate pipework. • Diagnose faults, clear blockages, and maintain internal drainage systems and pump trays. • Ensure completion of jobs within SLA and meet KPI targets while adhering to health‑and‑safety policies. • Plan daily routes, prioritize aged work orders, and maintain a first‑time‑fix approach.

What You Bring

Candidates should have experience with water‑leak or drainage work, basic plumbing knowledge and a full UK driving licence; basic electrical skills and other trade qualifications are desirable. Applicants must be IT‑competent and able to work nights, including flexible Sunday shifts, on a 45‑hour week (Sunday‑Thursday) with possible on‑call rota. • Required: experience in water‑leak/drainage work, basic plumbing knowledge, full UK driving licence. • Desired: basic electrical skills and additional trade certifications. • Must be IT‑competent and able to work night shifts, including flexible Sundays (45 h/week).
