About the Role
The role involves implementing health and safety policies and procedures on site, coordinating safe construction activities with vendors and contractors according to client guidelines, maintaining EHS records, delivering worker safety inductions, reviewing MSRA and HIRA, and preparing reports for clients. • Implement site health and safety policies and procedures. • Coordinate safe construction activities with vendors/contractors per client guidelines. • Maintain EHS documentation and record keeping. • Conduct safety inductions for all workers. • Review and update MSRA and HIRA assessments. • Prepare and submit regular safety reports to clients.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or advanced technical degree in health & safety management, engineering or a related specialty, or have three years of H&S management experience, plus at least three years in industrial, civil or technology construction. They must be fluent in the local language and proficient in English, possess in‑depth knowledge of regional H&S standards, be competent with ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 systems, and skilled in hazard risk assessment, safe method statements and root‑cause analysis. • Hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in H&S management, engineering, or related field, or three years of H&S management experience. • Minimum three years’ experience in industrial, civil, or technology‑related construction. • Fluent in the local language and proficient in English. • Deep knowledge of regional H&S standards and regulations. • Proficient with occupational H&S management systems such as ISO 45001 or OHSAS 18001. • Expertise in hazard risk assessment, safe method statements, and post‑incident root‑cause analysis. • Experience evaluating or auditing Construction Safety Management Plans (CSMPs).
