About the Role
The Security Officer role is tasked with maintaining the overall safety and security of assigned properties. Responsibilities include patrolling both on foot and by vehicle, recording visitor and delivery information, providing guest assistance, and enforcing parking regulations. Officers also monitor fire safety equipment, respond to emergencies, and intervene in physical threats when necessary, requiring constant vigilance. • Respond to alarms and emergency situations. • Conduct periodic patrols to identify irregularities and inspect security and fire‑control equipment. • Greet guests and tenants, providing site information and directions. • Guard premises to prevent theft, vandalism, violence, and safety violations. • Perform fire‑prevention, safety maintenance, and parking/traffic enforcement tasks. • Deliver professional customer service. • Prioritize tasks effectively under time‑critical conditions. • Adhere to a graveyard schedule with required overtime, on‑call, and weekend availability.

What You Bring

The role involves a non‑typical office environment with frequent standing, walking, and both indoor and outdoor activities, often on a graveyard schedule and with on‑call or weekend overtime.
