About the Role
Mechanics repair trucks and equipment serving over 20 million customers, using modern tools to maintain diesel and CNG vehicles while emphasizing safety, quality workmanship, and timely service. • Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems • Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs) • Respond to emergency breakdown service calls • Conduct safety checks on vehicles • Complete paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times • Assist senior mechanics with project work • Review, complete, or assign repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports • Maintain a clean, safe work area meeting corporate and OSHA standards

What You Bring
Applicants need at least four years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, meet physical demands, and pass pre‑employment drug screening and a physical exam. • Minimum 4 years relevant mechanical experience • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Age 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States • Ability to meet physical demands with or without accommodations • Pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Determined problem solver • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, grasping • Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, dirt, odors, noise, and extreme weather • Work performed in indoor shop/garage and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather
