About the Role
We are hiring two Cost Controllers – senior or associate level – for our Infrastructure team in Adelaide to support a nationally significant infrastructure programme. The positions are part of the Project Controls function and will work closely with senior team members and the Cost Lead. The role contributes to cost management and reporting for the project. • Provide cost control support to senior team members and the Cost Lead • Maintain and integrate precinct‑level cost data into project reporting • Develop and manage cost reports and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) • Operate within cost management systems such as CMS, EcoSys, Aconex, or PRISM • Conduct project audits and perform earned value analysis (EVA)

What You Bring
Applicants must be Australian citizens eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance and possess experience in cost control for large infrastructure or defence projects. Familiarity with cost‑management software and the ability to work in both consultancy and client environments are also required. The ideal candidate demonstrates a collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset. • Hold Australian citizenship and obtain an Australian Baseline Security Clearance • Demonstrated experience as a Cost Controller on infrastructure or defence projects • Proficiency in cost management tools such as Aconex, CMS, EcoSys • Experience working in both consultancy and client‑side environments • Collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset • Friendly, approachable, and relationship‑focused • Strong communicator who can clearly present cost data and insights
