About the Role

The IT Business Application Support Team seeks an IT/Cybersecurity student to support Oracle Fusion finance and supply chain applications, providing functional and technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, and end‑user assistance. The role operates within an ITIL‑aligned support model, collaborating with project, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to manage incidents, changes and problems across multiple environments. • Studying Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 incident management, triage, and resolve or escalate issues • Analyze functional problems in GL, AP, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Inventory modules • Collaborate with project, infrastructure, and business teams to manage and track issues • Troubleshoot integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and data loader tools (FBDI, ADFDI) • Support OTBI/BI Publisher reports, dashboards, and SQL queries for data extraction and analysis • Assist with quarterly Fusion updates, including impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment • Manage environment refreshes, releases, and overall environment activity • Document known issues and create internal knowledge articles

What You Bring

Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized Canadian university co‑op program, studying a relevant discipline, and must provide availability details and a recent transcript with their application. • Enrolled in a co‑op or internship program at a recognized Canadian university • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Comfortable communicating with technical and business stakeholders • Basic SQL skills and familiarity with reporting tools • Interest in cloud ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion • Ability to work under supervision in an ITIL‑aligned support model
