About the Role
The Construction Manager will provide the leadership to plan, direct, monitor and coordinate the planning and construction management of work within Construction. The Construction Manager will direct and support project objectives for safety and environmental excellence, effective cost management, operational excellence, schedule adherence, improving the customer experience and delivering a quality product within specification compliance. Ensures all members of the organization are provided the necessary training and information technology to provide leading edge contract management to maximize the effectiveness of the organization. • Lead planning, directing, monitoring, and coordination of construction projects. • Ensure safety, environmental excellence, cost control, schedule adherence, and high‑quality customer outcomes. • Provide training and IT resources for effective contract management across the organization.
