About the Role
The Maintenance Clerk provides administrative support to the maintenance function. The role supports maintenance staff by handling administrative tasks and ensuring timely data management. The clerk ensures parts are available cost‑effectively, maintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive and corrective maintenance, and inputs fleet information daily into the computerized fleet management system. They act as a point of contact with vendors, prepare truck purchase orders with appropriate general ledger codes, and use ePro to process transactions. The role also includes receiving, tagging, stocking, and dispensing parts, reviewing purchase orders with accounting, producing productivity reports, and following safety policies. The position reconciles Dossier financial data to the Lawson general ledger, supports the Fleet Manager with analysis of fleet operations reports, resolves data errors, and assists with parts organization. They also perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Related experience in a maintenance or trucking environment and at least one year of general office experience or equivalent training are required. Candidates must have a background that demonstrates familiarity with fleet operations and basic office procedures.
