About the Role

In this position you will design and produce a variety of marketing materials—including brochures, one‑pagers, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, and digital assets for web, email, social, and paid campaigns—translating briefings and product positioning into clear, on‑brand visuals. You will support product launch and campaign timelines by delivering timely assets that enable sales teams and enhance customer communications. All work must meet Schneider Electric brand guidelines and accessibility requirements, maintaining consistent typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy. Additionally, you will organize and maintain a design asset library, manage version control, and help improve design workflows and reusable templates. • Design brochures, one‑pagers, sales sheets, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, and digital assets for web, email, social, and paid campaigns. • Translate creative briefs and product positioning into on‑brand visuals that simplify complex B2B concepts. • Deliver timely, high‑quality design assets to support product launches, go‑to‑market campaigns, and sales enablement. • Ensure all designs comply with Schneider Electric brand standards and accessibility guidelines. • Maintain a design asset library, manage version control, and update templates for consistent usage. • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and commercial teams, incorporating feedback and meeting tight deadlines.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands‑on graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or marketing environment, and a solid foundation in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible visual communication. A collaborative, proactive mindset, strong project‑management skills, and eagerness to grow as a designer are also required. • 1–3 years of graphic design experience in a B2B or marketing environment. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong visual storytelling skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and work proactively in a team. • Nice to have: experience creating sales‑enablement or product‑marketing assets and familiarity with digital marketing design and accessibility standards.
