About the Role
• Lead the commercial Air Cooled Chiller product platform and define strategy and roadmaps • Represent customer needs, market requirements, and regulatory trends • Drive segment share growth, sales, and profitability • Develop product pricing strategies and sales tools such as electronic catalogs and stocking profiles • Create marketing plans, events, presentations, brochures, training, and videos for new products • Engage with industry events and voice‑of‑customer forums to increase sales and satisfaction • Influence executive decisions and communicate strategic importance to senior leadership • Support vertical‑segment marketing plans and ensure compliance with regulatory trends

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering and brings at least five years of product‑management or product‑marketing experience. Preferred qualifications include an MBA and prior experience in commercial HVAC sales, application engineering, or design. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to travel and work cross‑functionally, are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering • 5+ years experience in product management or product marketing • Ability to travel domestically and internationally • Preferred MBA and experience in commercial HVAC sales, application engineering, or design • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and cross‑functional collaboration
