About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role oversees all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, ensuring high occupancy, resident satisfaction, and effective administrative support. The position requires daily onsite presence, strong customer service, and the ability to execute marketing initiatives and retention programs. • Show properties, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and secure lease agreements. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to close sales. • Prepare and process all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in. • Assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events and newsletters. • Support office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Provide exceptional customer service and monitor service request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer proficiency. • Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Physical ability to lift/move objects up to 25 lb, climb ladders, work overtime, and operate equipment as needed.
