About the Role
The role involves supporting the project manager with design, procurement, financial control and site activities, coordinating engineering from inception to completion, and collaborating closely with design and site teams to meet programme, budget and quality targets. • Report to the project manager and support design, procurement, finance and site execution. • Lead engineering from project inception through construction using internal and external resources. • Coordinate with the design team and conduct design reviews and hazard studies. • Liaise with site manager and teams to meet programme, budget and quality objectives. • Participate in early site investigations with client, design and project teams. • Produce and review health and safety documentation to maintain high standards. • Manage procurement of materials and preparation of subcontract orders. • Prepare and close out contract documentation, including as‑built drawings and manuals.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will hold an electrical ONC/HNC/B Eng or NVQ equivalent, have proven water‑industry experience (with chemical dosing desirable), and demonstrate strong negotiation, stakeholder‑influence and communication skills while aligning with the company’s purpose, vision and values. • Hold an electrical ONC/HNC/B Eng or NVQ equivalent. • Demonstrated water‑industry experience, preferably with chemical dosing. • Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication, both face‑to‑face and online.
