What You Bring
Candidates should have a four‑year degree with at least one year of related experience or three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years old. Strong project‑management, business‑development, and customer‑retention skills, along with effective communication, negotiation, and computer abilities, are essential. Knowledge of ground protection or construction equipment is preferred, and bilingual Spanish speakers may have an advantage. • Leverage cold‑calling and closing skills to expand an existing portfolio in a high‑demand market. • Hold a 4‑year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of experience, or 3‑4 years of related sales experience. • Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. • Be at least 21 years old. • Strong project‑management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention abilities. • Effective communication and negotiation skills. • Solid computer proficiency. • Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment (preferred). • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred in some locations). • Related experience may include roles such as Account Manager, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Service Manager, Customer Service Representative, Construction Manager, Tools Manager, Counter Sales Representative, Equipment Associate, Manager Trainee, or Manager in Training. • Length‑of‑service awards.
