About the Role

As a Senior Transportation Project Manager you will lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases, from development to close‑out, delivering complex, high‑value projects that shape the future of mobility while maintaining client relationships and meeting budget and schedule targets. • Direct and coordinate single‑ or multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles. • Oversee large, technically complex projects or medium‑sized projects with extensive staff. • Manage multiple projects concurrently. • Build and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. • Lead work sessions to develop deliverables with staff and stakeholders. • Allocate staffing and workload, ensuring on‑schedule completion of deliverables. • Track project finances and adjust effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Conduct periodic project reviews with accounting, operations and business leadership. • Implement quality assurance/quality control procedures. • Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced project managers.

What You Bring

• Preferred: Master's degree. • Preferred: PMP certification. • Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. • Required: Minimum 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in project management. • Required: Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the job location. • Required: Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; Access experience a plus. • Required: Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning abilities.
