About the Role
• Produce designs (user flows, high‑fidelity wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes) with product‑team input. • Advocate for users in cross‑functional teams with product managers, architects, and engineers. • Communicate design process and recommendations to C‑suite and other stakeholders. • Create intuitive, delightful products using best practices, current design trends, and user research. • Collaborate with product managers, executives, and stakeholders to integrate design requirements, visual treatment, and content structure.

What You Bring

A portfolio demonstrating passion for solving complex, user‑focused problems is required. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • 5+ years relevant design experience on product teams. • 3+ years experience managing designers. • Experience designing enterprise applications. • Strong communication skills with business and technical partners. • Experience with robust design systems using atomic UI principles. • Proficiency in sketching, prototyping, articulating decisions, and handling feedback. • Proficiency with Figma (design and prototyping tools). • Proven track record of commitment to prior employers. • Data‑visualization experience using infographics to tell stories. • Experience with survey/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pendo, UserTesting.com, SurveyMonkey). • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (plus). • Experience with workflow design principles. • Familiarity with financial modeling and visualization concepts. • Understanding of data model concepts for business domains.
