About the Role
The Engineering Administrator works within the Engineering department to enter data into SAP, supporting the Littleton and Lincoln NH Burndy facilities. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at the Littleton facility. • Oversee raw material inventory • Read technical drawings and blueprints • Communicate with vendors and create invoices • Set up or reactivate vendors in SAP • Collaborate with Engineering Manager and Engineers on BOM orders • Assist with tracking purchases and creating purchase order requisitions • Oversee various tracking activities

What You Bring
• 2‑5 years experience in a manufacturing environment • Prior experience with data entry, database management, reporting, and compliance • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build relationships with vendors • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills • Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend
