Senior Transmission Environmental Permitting Specialist
Lead environmental permitting and NEPA compliance for high‑voltage transmission projects in Texas.

About the Role
• Manage a portfolio of client projects and deliver assigned revenue through flawless execution. • Lead and contribute to key pursuits, wins, and business growth for the office and region. • Ensure projects meet profit margin targets and avoid write‑downs or multiplier erosion. • Oversee projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) and mentor team members across multiple assignments. • Support NEPA compliance and due diligence for high‑voltage transmission, renewable energy, and other linear infrastructure projects.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, planning, or related field; Master’s preferred. • Minimum 6 years (10+ years preferred) of experience managing permitting and environmental impact analyses for high‑voltage transmission, renewables, or similar infrastructure. • Knowledge of Texas and other state regulatory requirements, including NEPA, ESA, CWA, and PUC processes. • Proven ability to build client relationships, develop proposals, and win competitive bids. • Experience mentoring staff, leading interdisciplinary teams, and delivering projects on schedule and budget. • Valid U.S. driver’s license, U.S. citizenship, and ability to travel for meetings and field work.
