About the Role

• Promote and sell a broad portfolio of technical products, solutions, and services under OEM Sales Head guidance. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and service existing accounts using product expertise. • Lead Schneider Electric industrial product sales within a channel‑led customer base. • Market Schneider Electric’s full offering, especially industrial automation, partner products, home & distribution, and EcoStruxure software & services, acting as a customer‑channel liaison. • Create annual business plans for key accounts to drive profitability, volume, and market share and meet targets. • Negotiate and close new business deals to achieve sales growth and gross‑margin objectives. • Drive EcoStruxure Plant/Machine Integrated Solutions from connected products through advisory platforms. • Build strong relationships across all customer organization levels, including C‑level, engineering, and purchasing. • Ensure customer responsiveness and satisfaction through regular pre‑ and post‑sale contact. • Collaborate with broader Schneider Electric sales teams to coordinate project wins.

What You Bring

• In‑depth technical knowledge of signalling & control, industrial automation, and monitoring/management systems (low‑voltage and final‑load voltage), with experience promoting Aveva solutions. • Several years of industry experience in consulting and systems specification. • Proven teamwork experience on group or team projects. • Ability to transfer knowledge and stay current on technical trends and advancements. • Strong communication skills to articulate, discuss, and present varying technology viewpoints.
