About the Role
As a key leader, you will drive end‑to‑end development and commercialization of innovative fire detection products across software and hardware domains, establishing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress. You will lead multiple concurrent NPI programs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop integrated project plans with detailed schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation, and provide senior leadership with status reports and actionable insights. • Lead multiple concurrent fire detection NPI programs from concept through launch, ensuring adherence to product development processes. • Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams including hardware, software, QA, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and training. • Develop and maintain integrated project plans with schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Prepare and present comprehensive status reports and insights to senior leadership. • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and mentoring team members.

What You Bring
We are seeking a results‑driven Program Manager for the Fire Detection New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Management Office, based in our advanced R&D facility in Westford, MA, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in electronic product design and new product introduction within a manufacturing context, with hands‑on program management of both software and hardware products. Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, proficiency with Visio, JIRA, and Confluence, and experience in the fire‑protection industry. Expertise in Agile and traditional project‑management methodologies, strong communication, conflict‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills are essential. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years experience in electronic product design and new product introduction. • Demonstrated success launching complex hardware/software products in regulated industries and expertise in Agile and traditional PM methodologies. • Strong communication, analytical, conflict‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills. • Preferred: PMP certification, proficiency with Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and fire‑protection industry experience.
