About the Role

The Guest Relation Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, guests and visitors, managing the front office in line with company policies and meeting key performance indicators and service‑level agreements. The role is based on‑site in Chennai and requires a flexible 48‑hour weekly schedule. The position involves greeting visitors, issuing badges, ensuring safety briefings, handling complaints, coordinating with night‑shift staff, maintaining lobby cleanliness, and participating in emergency evacuation procedures. Daily tasks also include reconciling and shredding badge records and supporting visitors with disabilities. • Greet and assist visitors, delivering a courteous front‑office experience. • Notify site personnel of arrivals and coordinate with hosts or sponsors. • Issue and manage visitor badges, ID/access cards, and maintain log books. • Conduct safety briefings and distribute emergency/safety materials. • Handle visitor complaints, feedback, and escalations according to the matrix. • Coordinate with night‑shift staff to prepare badges for large parties. • Perform daily badge reconciliation and secure shredding of expired badges. • Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity drills. • Maintain cleanliness of lobby, lifts, and public areas. • Assist visitors with disabilities and other special needs. • Ensure laptop details are scanned and government IDs are verified. • Work flexible hours and quickly learn new processes.
