About the Role

The Yard Associate oversees the placement, retrieval, and condition tracking of rental equipment on the site, keeping maintenance records up to date. • Collaborate with a safety‑focused team. • Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as needed. • Inspect equipment before and after rental, documenting loss or damage. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lb+, bending, squatting, and working indoors/outdoors. • Communicate effectively with customers, both written and oral.

What You Bring

Applicants should possess at least a high school education, familiarity with construction tools, and a mechanical aptitude, complemented by effective communication, basic math, and computer proficiency. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred. • Some training or experience in mechanical equipment repair preferred. • Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). • General mechanical aptitude and safety focus. • Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location.
