About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, assists with make‑ready processes, and collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold property standards while enjoying a compensation package that includes $20‑$22 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and potential bonuses. • Attend the community daily and respond promptly to resident and management work orders. • Perform repairs and replacements in common areas and units, supporting make‑ready turn events. • Clean and maintain exterior grounds, breezeways, and all common areas. • Carry out swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, and accurate chemical logging. • Inspect grounds and building features each day to identify and correct hazards. • Execute preventive maintenance to extend property life and reduce future repairs. • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked maintenance shop in compliance with OSHA and safety standards. • Assist with inventory monitoring, hazard communication, and safe work practice training. • Keep accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventive tasks, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistent resident interactions and policy enforcement. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and report community rule violations as needed. • Maintain reliable transportation for on‑call emergencies.

What You Bring
