About the Role

As a Maintenance Surveyor you will conduct pre‑ and post‑inspection surveys and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs. You will liaise with customers, leaseholders and internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction activities to meet cost, time and quality targets. • Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspection surveys for responsive, void and cyclical repairs. • Produce detailed reports and recommend actions based on findings. • Consult and engage with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders. • Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality KPIs. • Perform major void inspections and ensure compliance with KPIs. • Work a permanent 36‑hour week contract.

What You Bring

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance and membership of a professional body such as RICS or CIOB. Applicants must be able to travel across the region, pass a basic criminal record check and have the right to work in the UK, residing in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance. • Be a member of a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS or CIOB). • Travel across the North London region as needed. • Pass a basic criminal record check. • Be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales.
