About the Role
In this role you will lead a high‑performing front‑line operational team, ensuring activities are carried out safely and in line with Clarion’s policies and procedures. The position is primarily site‑based, where you will supervise trade operatives, embed a customer‑focused approach, and provide guidance on best practices and health‑and‑safety requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating and allocating repair and maintenance jobs across the Hertsmere region, making sure tasks are completed within defined timeframes and standards. Strong leadership, coaching and performance‑management skills are essential to drive team performance. • Lead and coach a high‑performing front‑line repairs team. • Supervise trade operatives on site to meet defined objectives and standards. • Ensure all work complies with Clarion policies, health‑and‑safety regulations and best‑practice procedures. • Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance jobs within agreed timeframes. • Monitor performance and conduct performance‑management actions. • Travel across the Hertsmere region as required.

Benefits
