About the Role

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems efficient. • Handle pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs. • Apply proper paint types and safety procedures for community painting projects. • Install and finish drywall surfaces. • Operate and repair equipment and systems as needed. • Follow scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and on‑call coverage. • Safely work on ladders up to 24‑28 ft and lift up to 20 lb regularly. • Use basic hand and power tools; may provide own tools. • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers; use smartphone and email for operations.

What You Bring

The primary focus is on painting, requiring knowledge of paint types, proper application, safety, and upkeep. The ideal candidate also has experience with drywall installation and finishing. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. • Possess 3–5 years of related maintenance or painting experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA and state/local safety regulations. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and operate a vehicle between locations.
