About the Role

The role focuses on preparing accurate shipping reports for Accounting daily, looking up freight costs in e‑shipping, and entering large volumes of data with high accuracy. It also requires professional communication with internal and external customers via telephone and email, as well as sorting and filing documents to meet shipping requirements. Additionally, the employee must demonstrate urgency, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple functions, including dock work. Additional duties include assisting at the front counter when needed, attending to customer needs, maintaining the SOP Handbook, and acting as an administrative assistant to the parts, warranty, and shipping departments. • Prepare daily shipping reports and lookup freight costs in e‑shipping. • Perform high‑volume, accurate data entry and maintain shipping paperwork. • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via phone and email. • Sort, file, and organize documents ensuring timely completion of shipping requirements. • Provide flexible support, including dock work and front‑counter assistance. • Serve as administrative assistant for parts, warranty, and shipping functions. • Apply strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

What You Bring

While previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates may need forklift, man‑lift, and tractor certifications. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, solid organizational abilities, and a willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
