About the Role

The Quality Specialist role is a field‑based position based in Vancouver, WA, requiring 100% travel to project sites across the Pacific Northwest. The specialist inspects power and radio/communication construction projects, reviews inspection checklists, and ensures adherence to customer standards and H&M quality programs. In this role, the specialist ensures that work on assigned projects meets contract specifications and industry standards, documents quality control activities, tracks material quantities, and confirms that required testing is completed. They also communicate non‑compliance issues to management and collaborate with project teams to provide continuous quality support. • Inspect power and radio/communication construction projects for compliance with specifications. • Review and edit inspection checklists; ensure required testing is performed and documented. • Document quality control activities, track material quantities, and maintain audit‑ready records. • Communicate non‑compliance to management and provide quality guidance to project teams. • Assist management in improving internal and external quality systems.

What You Bring

Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in construction quality control, inspection, or field operations within utilities or heavy civil projects, and an associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Compensation ranges from $77,968.80 to $103,900 annually, dependent on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package with 401(k), employee stock purchase, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
