About the Role
In this role you will advise and coordinate daily work assignments and tasks performed by Maintenance Technicians, supervising, directing, and training a highly motivated team while assisting the Chief Engineer with special projects. • Supervise, direct, and train a team of technicians • Assist the Chief Engineer on special projects • Inspect, operate, and maintain guestroom and common‑area equipment systems • Ensure safe, efficient operation of boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related facility equipment • Monitor, maintain, and test emergency and life‑safety systems • Record and maintain logs and preventative‑maintenance records • Track team efficiency, quality, and guest response

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent experience • At least three years of building or property maintenance experience • EPA, OSHA, and CPO certifications preferred • Valid driver’s license • Proficiency with technology for reporting and work requests
