Job Highlights
About the Role
• Monitor cab availability. • Ensure on‑time departure of pickup and drop‑off cabs. • Conduct cab/driver compliance checks and driver briefings. • Process invoicing and share transport‑related reports. • Close escalations (emails, service requests, calls) promptly. • Handle incidents as they arise. • Provide administrative support and direction to the Transport Team. • Generate and share MIS reports on time.
